    I do not see a given line here, but the answer would be expressed as such.

    If your original equation is written as x = a number, than the answer is x = -4. This is because parallel lines have the same slope and thus will be expressed in the same way. Bottom line is that an x = a number is always equal to x = a number.

    The same thing goes for if you have a y = a number. The answer in that case would be y = -6. This is because y = a number is always parallel to another y = a number.
