    Greetings!

    Find the POI.
     \left \{ {{3x+2y=12} \atop {6x+3y=21}} \right.
    Multiply Equation #1 by 2.
     \left \{ {{2(3x+2y)=2(12)} \atop {6x+3y=21}} \right.
     \left \{ {{6x+4y=24} \atop {6x+3y=21}} \right.
    Eliminate with subtraction.
     \frac{\left \{ {{6x+4y=24} \atop {6x+3y=21}} \right. }{0x+y=3}
    y=3

    Substitute the value of y.
    6x+3y=21
    6x+3(3)=21
    Simplify.
    6x+9=21
    Add -9 to both sides.
    (6x+9)+(-9)=(21)+(-9)
    6x=12
    Divide both sides by 6.
     \frac{6x}{6}= \frac{12}{6}
    x=2

    The Solution/POI is:
    (2,3)

    Hope this helps.
